The influence of fluid–fluid interfacial properties on the dynamics viscoelastic thin liquid films bounded above by liquid–liquid interface and below a horizontal solid plate is studied in this work. present study allows for integration both chemical physical film within long wave approximation evolution equation films. effects contact angle, slippage exposure time are verified. We demonstrate importance tension due to surfactant concentration Marangoni number responses prescribed perturbations. linear stability analysis shows that rupture dependent initial tension, number, whereas cut off wavenumber only affected angle. Results numerical simulations nonlinear regime show faster with time. confirm viscoelasticity increases droplets formed after rupture. However, relationship between fails describe when Weissenberg exceeds Reynolds number. • Effects fluid-fluid studied. Both capillary disjoining pressures influenced Interfacial (IFT).
